Visual choir layout
Positions and table layout on a visual canvas, changeable per season or event.
Schedule
Rehearsals, performances, retreats, and other event scheduling, with setup/call times, volunteer signup, and a custom calendar feed for each ringer.
Part assignments
Assign positions by season or individual piece, with past assignments for each ringer and piece readily available for reference. Add custom positions and position overrides for pieces that have unique requirements.
Assignment suggestions
Ability to capture individual ringer capabilities, past assignments, preferences, and accommodation needs to drive automated assignment suggestions as a starting point.
Repertoire
Your repertoire (sheet music and recordings) easily accessible by ringers, along with a discussion board for each where ringers can collaborate and ask questions.
Rehearsal notes
Add structured rehearsal notes for each piece, optionally delineated by position and/or measure numbers. Ringers can easily print all the rehearsal notes or only the ones that apply to them.
Equipment
Equipment management, including maintenance needs tracking and packing lists per event.
Attendance
Ringers can mark the dates they'll miss, so you know each rehearsal or event's turnout before the day of.
Role-specific dashboards
Directors, ringers, board members, and committee members each get a dashboard that fits their role.
